Camacho is charged with child abduction, felonious restraint of a child, human trafficking, two charges of statutory rape of a child under 15, statutory sexual crime with a kid under 15, and indecent liberties with a child.
The sheriff’s office stated the FBI notified them in Texas on Friday about a 13-year-old girl stolen from Dallas.
Camacho appeared in court via video link on Monday. WXII 12 reporter Maria DeBone said he smiled as the judge gave him his accusations.
Camacho risks life in prison if convicted. He is jailed at the Davidson County Jail on a $1,250,000 bail.

Davidson County Sheriff Richie Simmons said it’s awful, but they see a rise in these occurrences. “They’re not being allowed to be kids,” Simmons said. “This is how kids are trafficked into human trafficking.
“What we are teaching our children and our households worries me. “It concerns me even more that we have to create lessons to encourage our kids to be cautious with social media,” Simmons added.
“Our message will be, please assist us. I’m pretty grateful. I’m grateful to God that we could locate this young lady. Considering what these young people go through, it may not always be that way, and Simmons said, “They don’t think about who they’re talking to.

Authorities claim Jorge Camacho, 34, kidnapped a 13-year-old girl near her Dallas home and perpetrated many sex offenses on her before being imprisoned about a thousand kilometers away in a shed on a farm in North Carolina.
According to the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, Camacho had been communicating with the kid over a social networking site. The material adhered to grooming and was enticing.

According to her relatives, the adolescent went missing on March 1st. Video cameras later spotted Camacho’s car in the region of the child’s House in Dallas.
The Dallas FBI alerted law authorities in North Carolina in collaboration with the Dallas Police Department. He was apprehended on Friday. The adolescent was discovered trapped in the shed where Camacho resided.
