David Ray Camm, shortly David Camm, is an ex-ISP trooper. He was born on 23 March 1964. 

Concerned authorities in Indiana initially suggested that Camm murdered his wife, Kimberly Camm, and his two young kids on 28 September 2000 at their home in Georgetown. 

The initial investigation report faulty convicted of David murdering his wife and kids, so he spent 13 years in prison.

Authorities released Camm from custody in 2013 following his third trial. His last trial resulted in an acquittal.

Allegedly, Charles Boney now serves for the murder of his wife and two kids.

David Camm Murder Update

Former ISP (Indiana State Police) trooper David Camm faced thirteen years in prison after a jury found him guilty of his wife and children’s murder.

He now walks free, following a jury in Lebanon, Indiana, gave the verdict in his favor and found him not guilty in a third trial. He was released in 2013.

According to the initial investigation, Police summoned the Camm residence at 9:30 pm on 28 September 2000. They found the dead bodies of his wife, Kim, and his two kids, Bradley and Jill Camm.

They all were shot to death in the garage of their Georgetown residence.

David reported to Police suggested that he had come home from playing basketball at a nearby park. He reached home and found his wife Kim lifeless on the garage floor.

Then, he found his daughter, Jill, trapped in the seatbelt and sitting upright in the backseat.

Bradley was behind the driver’s side of the backseat, looking as if he was trying to escape the assailant.

Sadly, his wife Kim and daughter Jill had been shot in the head, so he first went to rescue his son, who had no head injuries.

David’s recorded statement suggested that he thought his son might still be alive. So he quickly got in the passenger front of the Bronco and went inside the two front bucket seats.

He grabbed and pulled his son’s dead body onto the garage floor and gave him CPR, thinking he was alive.

While recovering his son’s dead body, Camm’s left knee moved the middle of the back seat, which caused Jill’s body to slump to the left and forward. Also, David’s T-shirt came in contact with the dead bodies.

After Police investigated the crime scene, Bradley Camm, David’s son, was found lying on the garage floor just like he described.

An autopsy report confirmed that Bradley had been shot through his torso, damaging his spine.

In addition, An ISP lab analyst later confirmed an unknown female’s DNA on the shirt’s front part.

Also, a private lab analyst, Mike McDaniel, found unidentified male DNA in the collar. Camm’s defense attorney had hired Mike.

David Camm’s Wife Kimberly Camm, And Kids: Where Are They Now?

Sadly, Camm’s wife Kimberly Star Renn and his two young kids are not alive as of this writing. They were brutally murdered on 28 September 2000.

Kimberly Camm shortly Kim tied the knot with David Camm in May 1989. Kim believed she was marrying the man of her dreams and would grow old with him. But she was right until the summer of 1992.

According to The Crime Wire, David had an extramarital affair with a young woman named Stephanie McCarty. She worked at the Fitness Zone health club.

David met Stephanie early in 1992 at Fitness Zone as he was a health club member. 

David’s extra affair with Stephanie deteriorated his relationship with his wife, Kim.

But the husband and wife continued their relationship, and they welcomed their son Bradley in 1993.

After two years, Kim and David welcomed their second child, daughter, Jill Camm, on 28 February 1995.
