Landon’s arrest follows multiple events involving her and Bella’s mother, Jennifer, that date back several years.

According to the Police report, Landon was handed a summons for simple violence in June 2021 after she reportedly attacked Bella’s aunt — her mother’s sister — at a swim meet, leaving the lady with “obvious scratches below her left eye and on her left hand.”

“Bunnak was highly resistant with officers during their time on the scene, first refusing to even identify herself,” according to the report.

Michael was on the other side of the pool and explained what he saw and did not see. He was Hannah’s supporter and her witness when he testified.

Other altercations and arguments had occurred between the mother, Hannah, and the mother’s sister.

‘The circumstances did not give sufficient proof for the judge to approve the order. Thus, it was refused.

Sheriff Joseph Lopinto told reporters last week that Bella and Landon went missing less than an hour after her Father reported them missing. According to the sheriff’s office, Landon resided less than two streets away with Bella’s Father.

According to the sheriff’s office, Bella was declared deceased at the scene. According to the sheriff’s office, an autopsy determined that her death was a murder.

According to Cap. Jason Rivarde, head of the sheriff’s public affairs office, said the cause of death was strangling and blunt force trauma.

Police obtained an arrest warrant for her Wednesday afternoon and detained her later that day after she was discharged from a hospital where she had been sent for treatment after arriving at the Police station at about 1 am.

Landon has been assigned a public defender, according to court documents. Letita Jachintha Parker-Davis, the lawyer, stated Monday morning that she had no comment.

The reason behind this remains unknown. Landon has refused to comply with authorities and has refused to be interrogated, according to Rivarde.

Bella Fontenelle Obituary: Family Mourns Her Death

According to the findings of an autopsy performed on Wednesday, Bella’s death was the consequence of a homicide, as Coroner Gerry Cvitanovich said. Despite Bella’s “many injuries,” Cvitanovich indicated that he would not reveal the reason for her death because the investigation is still underway.

“We suspect Bella was murdered at her Father’s House (on Donelon Road in Harahan), then carried to her mother’s House, and finally hauled out of a wagon,” Lopinto stated.

“We assume she was pulled out of the wagon at her mother’s House.” We assume she was taken from the wagon and brought to her mother’s residence. According to Lopinto, an agency representative, detectives do not trust Bella’s first story.
