According to the initial inquiry, the woman was stabbed in the back with scissors while having her arms bound behind her back.

A white substance, which appeared to be salt, poured over her body.

William Emilio Torres Gautier was charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault on law enforcement officers, terroristic threats, abuse of a corpse, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief.

He was taken into custody after fighting with officers and pushing them away & police suggest that he also spat on a corporal, kicked, and broke a rear window on the patrol car.

According to court documents, Torres Gautier’s wife told police he had become verbally aggressive and demanded they leave the property.
