Her official instruction began at W.O. Smith Music School, where she studied piano and singing. Her training began as early as her parents’ home video camera (since she always liked performing for the camera).

Adrienne relocated to Atlanta during middle school, where she continued to grow as an artist via school theatre programs and various local and community performances at The Alliance and Horizon theaters. 

Although working in the theater, she attended Benjamin E. Mays High School’s math and science magnet program. She then moved on to Northwestern University, earning a BA in Psychology with minors in History and Religion.

Adrienne began working as a voice-over and commercial artist after finishing her MA in Theatre. Two years later, she was cast as “Angel Unaware” in Daniel Beaty’s 2011 world premiere musical, Tearing Down The Walls, for which she received an Audelco nomination for Best Actress.
