Anza Tariq, the son of Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, a well-known member of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), was involved in a tragic road accident in Islamabad on Monday night and unfortunately lost his life.
The police reported that Anza was driving a two-door vehicle when it collided with an electricity pole on Seventh Avenue in Islamabad during the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The police mentioned that the driver lost control of the steering while trying to avoid hitting a motorcyclist and collided with the pole.
As a result, Anza suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. Rescuers, residents, and traffic police, led by SSP Traffic Islamabad Syed Mustafa Tanvir, promptly arrived at the accident site.
He suffered severe injuries in the accident and was swiftly transported to the hospital for urgent medical care. Despite the dedicated efforts of the medical personnel, his injuries proved fatal, and he succumbed to them during his treatment.

Anza Fazal Chaudhry was the son of Tariq Fazal and his mother, whose details have been kept private from the media.
Tariq Fazal served as the Federal Minister for Capital Administration and Development in the Abbasi cabinet from August 2017 to May 2018.
Before that, he held the Minister of State for Capital Administration and Development position from November 2015-July 2017 in the Third Sharif Ministry & from August 2017-April 2018 in the Abbasi Ministry.
Further, he was a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from March 2008-May 2018.
Both of Anza’s parents are grieving the recent loss of their son, who tragically passed away in a car accident.
