Jurasik also wrote that Glossip made threats of suicide to get her to give in to his demands. The affidavit has been included in the packet sent to the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board, which will decide whether to recommend clemency for Glossip.

The state attorneys included affidavits from Jurasik and another woman and graphic crime scene photos in their packet to the parole board. They maintain that Glossip orchestrated the murder of Van Treese and that justice must be served.

Glossip’s attorneys, on the other hand, claim that he is innocent and the victim of a faulty justice system. They have also submitted new evidence to the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, including a 2007 handwritten letter from Justin Sneed.

In the letter, Sneed writes that there are things he needs to “clean up” and that it was a mistake.
