Litia Garr, 32, was born on March 16, 1993, in Hawaii to her mother, Maurie Garr, and her father, whose identity has not been revealed.
According to the source, her parents met in college in Hawaii and married after dating for several years.
Her father is originally from Fiji, and her mother is from Idaho and is white. Sadly, her father died in a car crash in 1996 when Litia was three years old.

Recently, Grant Ellis flew to Wyoming to meet Litia’s parents. He was worried that not being Mormon like Litia and her family would be a problem for them. In the camera, Grant told,
“There’s pretenses there that I have to just see and get past,” “I’m a little bit nervous, a little bit anxious, a little bit scared.”
Grant and Litia started the day by horseback riding and then saw her parents, Rob and Maurie. Litia’s stepfather, Rob, lowered Grant’s fears about his and Litia’s differing religions by saying,
“If you’re not a particular, you know, a member of our church necessarily, that doesn’t mean that we reject you or we can’t accept you into our family,” “I’m very impressed with what I see.”
