On February 3, Greene became the first witness in the Murdaugh trial and described a graphic scene in which Maggie and Paul Murdaugh’s corpses were in pools of blood.

Further, Deputies recording the crime scene footage marked the evidence and bullet casings that killed the Murdaughs.

The second unseen video officially places Alex at the crime scene and undermines his alibi that he had not seen his spouse and son in the moments before their deaths.

On the subsequent trial on February 23, Murdaugh took the defense and testified he lied to the law enforcement officers about his location before the murders.

Further, the former South Carolina attorney testified he didn’t shoot his wife or son and tried describing the crime scene, but none of his facts matched the footage published.
