Dr. Heavenly’s Son Damon Kimes Jr. Was Arrested After He Drove His Vehicle Toward a Law Enforcement Officer
On April 2, 2025, YouTuber LakeyshaKeysha posted a video titled “Dr. Heavenly Married To Medicine Son ARRESTED For Assault to Officer,” in which she also included court documents regarding Damon’s arrest.
The documents revealed that Damon Kimes Jr was arrested for aggravated assault against law enforcement officer Ryan Panozzo on February 23, 2023.
She also revealed that the peace officer, Ryan, said that Damon drove his vehicle toward him, which resulted in serious bodily injury.
LakeyshaKeysha concluded the video and said the case’s investigation is still ongoing.
A social media user, Vicki Jackson, posted that Damon and the dentist’s actions on the Reunion stage brought out fans who sent content creators documents showing Damon Jr. will go to court on April 28 for a plea and arraignment.

She also said that Damon was released on two surety bonds totaling $25,000.
In the comment section, some users said the documents look fake. One user wrote,
If this is true, where is the mugshot? This happened 2 years ago. Why is he just now being arraigned? Sounds fishy.
Another user replied,

Recently, a YouTube channel, SpillitBoyTV, posted a video in which Dr. Heavenly Kimes addressed her son’s arrest. In the video, she said,
I called both my boys and I feel like if you assaulted a police officer you would be in jail now neither one of these brother tuckers ain’t got no money so. my sons are are well and fine and I called them and I was like “Listen what’s going on everybody good?” So we good so are wegood over here praise God y’all scared the [ __ ] out of me with that cuz it scared me you know what I’m saying i raised my boys better than that you don’t touch no cop like you don’t even argue with a cop do what he say and let the mama handle it that’s what I would tell him
