Lil Nas X is a famous American rapper and singer known for his hit songs “Old Town Road,” “Montero (Call Me By Your Name),” “Panini,” and “Holiday.”
With a 19-week run at the top of the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart, “Old Town Road” holds the record for the longest time a song has stayed at number one since the chart’s inception in 1958.

Lil Nas X Nose: Plastic Surgery Before And After Photos
Rumors have been circulating on the Internet about Lil Nas X’s Nose Surgery. However, those “news” are entirely baseless as the country rap musician has debunked every plastic surgery rumor about him.
Additionally, we rechecked his older and newer photos multiple times. We’ve not found any significant changes in his facial structure, including his nose, indicating that he hasn’t had any rhinoplasty.
He does get prosthetics and makeup for his music videos, which may appear to make his face or body different. Still, those cannot be referred to as cosmetic surgery as no medical operation needs to be performed.
However, it’s not Lil Nas X Nose Surgery that made significant headlines; it was his fake breast implants.
In 2021, the rapper shared on Twitter that he bought breast implants out of boredom and asked for opinions.
Upon close examination, it can be observed that the rapper’s chest in the picture displays two distinct shades of color, indicating the use of a prosthetic breast in the image.

Lil Nas X Came Out As Gay
In June 2019, Lil Nas X came out of his closet and talked about his sexuality to his Father and sister, prompted by a sign from the universe, despite uncertainty about his fans’ support.
Lil Nas X publicly announced that he was gay via his Twitter account on June 30, 2019, which happened to be the final day of Pride Month.
In a BBC Breakfast interview, Nas confirmed that he is gay and acknowledged that his sexual orientation might face resistance in the country and rap music communities.
After his interview, the rapper received both positive and negative feedback after publicly coming out as gay, leading to a reaction from the artist.
In January 2023, Nas tweeted about his sexuality, questioning if it would be acceptable to identify as bisexual.
The following day, Lil Nas X took to Twitter again and stated that his recent tweet regarding his sexuality would be the final time he would publicly come out.

Meet Lil Nas X Family
Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, was born in Lithia Springs, Georgia, and as of 2024, he is 25 years old.
After his parents’ divorce when he was six, Nas and his mother and grandmother moved to the Bankhead Courts housing project in the Bankhead neighborhood of Atlanta.
Following that, Nas went to live with his Father, R.L. Stafford, a gospel singer in Austell, situated north of the city, three years later.
Montero struggled with his sexuality during his teenage years but eventually accepted himself around 16 or 17.
After enrolling at the University of West Georgia with a major in computer science, Lil Nas X dropped out after one year to pursue his passion for music.
