Kelly had been staying in their home in Staten Island in exchange for housework and childcare for Esposito, his wife, and their children.
However, in just three weeks on the job, Andrade found a tiny camera hidden in the smoke detector on the ceiling of her room.

Then, she found a memory card with hundreds of hours of footage of her in the various states.
When the secret filming was uncovered, Michael Esposito is reported to have rushed to Kelly’s room to break down the door and hide the evidence of the commit.
However, it was already delayed for him, as Andrade fled from jumping off the window with video evidence.

After discovering the vicious truth the next day, Kelly went to the nearby police station and turned over the footage.
After the initial investigation, Michael was arrested for unlawful surveillance in March 2021.
After three years of court hearings and further legal procedures, Esposito has been ordered to pay $2 million in punitive damages and $780,000 in emotional distress damages.
However, Kelly Andrade is not fully satisfied with the verdict provided by the court. She seemed expecting even a minimal sentence to her evil employer. She states,
