While on vacation in Ireland with her ex-boyfriend, Actor Matthew Broderick, Grey was engaged in a tragic head-on collision.

The impact, however, tore multiple ligaments in the back of her neck due to whiplash. She sought medical attention, but the Actress still suffered from excruciating headaches that would last for days and spasms in her neck if she raised her shoulders.
