The wrestler held titles for six-man tag teams and was a two-time ROH World Champion.

Jay Briscoe and his brother Mark Briscoe were famous for their 19-year tenure with the American promotion Ring of Honor (ROH).
The siblings debuted in Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) at Delaware Invasion.
They also won 12 Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championships. Moreover, they defeated FTR in a dog collar match to become record 13-time ROH World Tag Team Champions in the final battle.
The Briscoe brother started showing their interest in wrestling in their youth by watching the World Wrestling Federation. They have a history of feuding with some of the biggest stars in wrestling.
Over the years, the brother has won numerous titles on the independent circuit. When they were kids, they practiced wrestling with one another on a trampoline.
Later, their family built a wrestling ring to make their practice more comfortable.

Mr. Briscoe was born on January 25, 1984, in Laurel, Delaware. Jay and his brother Mark received honorable mention All-State honors in their junior and senior years for football.
His dad was a coach for their high school’s wrestling team. However, Jay and Mark never participated in amateur wrestling in high school.
The brothers first entered professional wrestling in the East Coast Wrestling Association (ECWA). A promoter approached their mother, Jana, and asked if her sons had a tape of themselves wrestling.
They made their debut for ECWA on May 20, 2000, under the ring names “Jay and Mark Briscoe.”
The Briscoe Brothers’ reign of 43 days came to an end when The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson) defeated them at Slammiversary.
