The dancer’s representative told a Journalist, “I do not comment on her personal life,” and therefore has neither been verified nor denied. Several tales about the supposed pregnancy have circulated on bulletin boards and other social media sites in the last 24 hours, following engagement rumors earlier this week.
In addition to the pregnancy rumors, Miller has had various health issues in recent years. Miller’s health problems began when she was relocated to a halfway home in Long Beach, California, to finish her sentence for bankruptcy fraud, according to The Netline.
Doctors were initially unable to pinpoint the source of her severe discomfort. Still, when Miller returned to the hospital unable to move her arms or legs, they proposed spinal cord surgery. Miller has now had further surgery and is striving to restore her mobility.

Miller declared bankruptcy on December 3, 2010, after owing the IRS more than $400,000 in overdue taxes. She was quickly hired for Dancing Moms, with filming commencing on April 6, 2011. Miller’s financial circumstances improved after the episodes began airing in July 2011.
Miller began to run into a slew of legal issues in 2014. Miller was sued for abuse by one of the Dancing Moms dancers. The suit also claims that the show’s producers create a violent and hostile environment on the show to attract viewers.
Collins Avenue Entertainment was sued for $5 million for creating conflicts that resulted in a brawl between Kelly Hyland and Miller. Paige Hyland also filed a complaint against Miller for mental anguish.
The DOJ accused Miller on October 13, 2015, of fraud for opening a secret bank account between 2012 and 2013 to conceal money from masterclasses, TV agreements, and product sales, as well as neglecting to file mandatory monthly income reports with the bankruptcy court for 13 months.
She was charged with bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets, and filing fraudulent bankruptcy declarations to conceal $755,000.
If proven guilty, she could have faced a $250,000 fine and five years in jail for each of the 20 charges on which she was accused. In November 2015, she entered a not-guilty plea.
