However, after having her children and losing a substantial amount of weight, she knew that she couldn’t achieve the body she wanted through exercise alone.

She has been a victim of fat-shaming on social media, with trolls commenting on her weight and suggesting that she should be on a diet.

The beautiful artist has mentioned weight training as a way to lose weight, and in 2018, she hit back at fat shamers on social media.

During lockdown, she worked out five times a week at home, resulting in a further weight loss of 21 lbs.

Additionally, she is a runner and has credited running for helping her make her character in Call the Midwife more believable, which has assisted in Helen George weight loss journey.

However, in 2023, she shared a picture of her fractured leg, which shows she is losing weight due to it.

Diet and Exercise of Helen George

According to the source, Helen George considered herself health-conscious but not overly strict about her diet.

She stated that she typically starts her day with porridge and fruit and has plenty of vegetables in her meals throughout the day.

Health update of Helen George

Helen George suffered from a severe liver disorder called ICP (intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy) during her pregnancy with her daughter Lark, which caused a buildup of acid in her body.

ICP resulted in symptoms of extreme itchiness on her hands, shoulders, and feet, and eventually throughout her entire body, making the pregnancy very uncomfortable and painful.

Helen George’s doctor prescribed medication to manage her symptoms during pregnancy, which did little to alleviate the itch.

The actress described the whole experience as frustrating and infuriating.

She has since given birth and has celebrated her 40th birthday, though she has mentioned that she still experiences liver-related discomfort.

Recently, the beautiful actress posted a picture showing her leg fractured, which has caused her weight loss too.
