Brandon Velez, a Financial Systems Underwriter, was taken into custody in Fort Collins, Colorado, for vandalizing a Tesla by scratching it and attempting to carve a swastika.

The incident occurred at Crunch Fitness. Thankfully, the car owner had activated the Tesla’s sentry mode, which captured the footage.

She pointed out that laws regarding such acts vary from state to state, increasing the severity of these crimes.
