The lawsuit was filed directly and derivatively on behalf of The Bar Fashion LLC, which filed a general commercial case represented by Fritz, Kevin A., Sloan, and Michael B, against Bridget Bahl in the jurisdiction of New York County.
It has indicated business conflicts between the two founders. Their business venture, The Bar, is known for its trendy clothing, which has been successful since its launch in 2022.
The lawsuit mainly focuses on allegations of financial misconduct. Ashley claims that Bridget misused funds from their company, potentially to finance her wedding in New York City.
