Recently, Eric Adams has been indicted by a grand jury on charges connected to a federal probe as the uncooperative mayor claimed the federal government was persecuting him.

According to the source, Adams will surrender to authorities early next week.
Details about the exact accusations remained unclear but are believed to be connected to allegations of the Turkish government illegally funneling money into his mayoral campaign in exchange for approval of the Turkish consulate.
The indictment is expected to name Adams’s top campaign fundraiser, Brianna Suggs, and his director of Asian Affairs, Winnie Greco.
Atleast three others are also expected to be charged. However, their identities have not been confirmed yet.
On the other hand, Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently in federal custody awaiting trial on charges of racketeering and physical trafficking.
His arrest last week in New York comes amid a series of civil suits alleging physical assault and violence.
