According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Cibrian suffered a severe gash on his right heel when it became entangled beneath a 200-pound steel door. He was brought to Northwestern Memorial Hospital for treatment.

N.B.C. said Tuesday that it was canceling the show after it debuted on September 19 to mixed reviews and low ratings, with viewership dropping even more in the following weeks.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the network will continue filming until October 10 to sell the series to another network.
