Iggy Pop is an American singer, radio announcer, composer, and Actor born James Newell Osterberg Jr.

There have recently been questions regarding his health, namely if he has Cancer. Following a comprehensive investigation, it appears that there is no proof that Iggy Pop has been diagnosed with Cancer.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Iggy Pop acknowledged his drug usage and aging but did not mention Cancer.

On the other hand, Iggy Pop has been vocal about his difficulties with scoliosis, a disorder that causes an unnatural curvature of the spine.

When scoliosis progresses, it can produce more noticeable alterations in the body, leading to mental health concerns in those with it. 

Scoliosis patients may be self-conscious about their looks and may experience pain or discomfort due to the spine’s curvature.

He also underwent Lasik eye surgery in Colombia to repair his shattered vision, which he blamed on too much intravenous cocaine, according to the interviewer.

Iggy also commented negatively about his aging, stating he was “nearer to my expiry.”

To compensate for the length disparity in his legs, Iggy donned a shoe with a platform sole for the interview. Due to scoliosis, one of his legs is an inch and a half shorter than the other, according to the Guardian.

His first marriage, at the age of twenty-one, lasted a month and resulted in an annulment; his second marriage, at thirty-seven, lasted fifteen years and was terminated just before he met Nina Alu, whom he calls the love of his life.

Nina Alu’s mother was naturally concerned when she found that her daughter was dating the famed Iggy Pop; nevertheless, she was introduced to Jim Osterberg and changed her mind.

Pop met Anu in 1999 while driving through the streets of Miami when he noticed two attractive women entering a pizza business. Fascinated by Anu, he observed her at the restaurant next door before inviting her and her buddy for a ride.

Pop’s second wife, Suchi Asano, was a Japanese beauty he met at a concert in Tokyo. While the pair married in 1984 and divorced fourteen years later, nothing is known about Asano or the marriage.
