As per Clarksville Now, Longo pleaded guilty in Colorado in 2021 to a misdemeanor assault charge concerning an incident involving a 9-year-old girl in 2019.
The outlet acquired court records revealing the Actor’s arrest in January 2020 on charges of a class 4 felony sexual assault on a child.
A Police report acquired by the outlet showed that the Actor was arrested in November 2020 for domestic assault following his wife’s claim that he pushed her in the face with his forearm.
Longo’s lawyer, Iris Eytan, claimed overwhelming evidence of innocence regarding the sex assault on a child charge in a statement at the time of his November arrest.
Eytan stated evidence, including polygraph and psychologist opinions, showed Longo’s innocence and posed no risk to minors.
