Boom Dandimite Car Accident has elicited an outpouring of tributes from the dancehall fraternity and music enthusiasts worldwide. 

Boom Dandimite, a former legendary Scare Dem Crew member, died suddenly in a vehicle accident, leaving the dancehall community in grief. An accident happened on Half Way Tree Road near a renowned bakery in late April. Wilful Skilful, another emerging deejay, was also hurt in the crash.

He was also scheduled to play as part of the Boombox 90’s Badness at Reggae Sumfest on July 21 alongside General B, Harry Toddler, Jigsy King, Mega Banton, Nitty Kutchie, Silver Cat, and Tony Curtis.

Boom Dandimite Car Accident – Tragic Death

Boom Dandimite, a former Scare Dem crew member, died this morning in a hospital in the United States after having a severe setback during his recovery from a catastrophic vehicle accident in April.

“Boom, Dandimite traveled to the United States yesterday but fainted after getting off the plane.” He began to froth at the lips, so he was transported to the hospital, and he died this morning,” a source informed Dancehall Mag.

“The physicians in the United States say he had blood clots, other problems, pneumonia, and that many of his medical conditions were disregarded wherever he was being treated in Jamaica.”

An accident happened on Half Way Tree Road near a renowned bakery in late April. Wilful Skilful, another emerging deejay, was also hurt in the crash.

Dandimite was admitted to the hospital, but Wilful Skilful was released and sent home. Boom Dandimite, Herman Stewart, was released from Kingston Public Hospital a few days later.

Wilful Skilful was devastated when he learned the news.
