The first time the public saw Mason Greenwood and Harriet Robson together was probably in 2019 through his Instagram post.
Mason and Harriet went to the same high school at Ashton on Mersey School in Greater Manchester, and that’s how they met each other.
Although they had not disclosed when exactly they started dating, we can assume that they were together for about five years until Mason was charged with assault and rape by his girlfriend.
On January 30, 2022, Mason was accused by Harriet of assault against her in a series of posts; which are presently all deleted, on her Instagram.
The post included some audio recordings in favor of Harriet Robson.
Later on the same day, he was suspended from the United Team, and Greater Manchester Police also arrested him for the assault and rape of a woman.

Mason Greenwood Arrest And Charges Dropped
On October 19, 2022, Mason Greenwood was granted bail with certain restrictions and conditions after being in custody for more than six months.
The woman in the case, Harriet Robson, decided to drop the charges, but the court and Police department required some time to finish off the proceedings of dropping the charges.
And the wait for Mason’s charges to get dropped is finally here on February 2, 2023.
In a statement, Mason thanked his family and friends for being there with him during rough times and exasperated with relief.
As per the Crown Prosecution Service, the charges got discontinued after the critical witnesses in the case withdrew their involvement which didn’t lead to a realistic prospect of conviction.
They also added that they would encourage any potential victims to come forward and report the Police so that they could prosecute their legal test.
Manson had signed a five-year contract worth £19,500,000 with Manchester United F.C., and he could not play for his team due to his arrest and legal processes with his assault charges.
However, now that all his charges have been dropped off, Manchester United Fans will be thrilled to see him play in the red jersey soon in the Premier League.
