Make sure your chest is up, have a slight bend in the knees, and be careful not to swing or bend your arms. 5️⃣ Single Arm Cable Rows: 4×10 each arm. I use 20 lbs for these. I don’t do these often, but they’re a good finisher for your back workout. Throw a cheesy smile at the person beside you, focus on keeping your body aligned, and don’t twist your torso.
