Ruggs, according to Police, smashed his sports vehicle at a speed of almost 100 mph into Tina Tintor’s automobile at Rainbow Boulevard and Spring Valley Parkway on November 2, 2021.
Tintor and her dog were killed in the accident. Ruggs and his fiancée, Je’nai Kilgo-Washington, were brought to the hospital after the accident, and Metro Police later detained Ruggs for allegedly driving under the influence.

Henry Ruggs III traveled 156 kilometers per hour when he collided with Tintor’s Vehicle. Tina’s car was thrown into the air and burst into flames due to the collision. Tintor was trapped inside the automobile and burnt to death because she could not escape.

Firefighters were unable to reach the vehicle in time to save her life. Also, her pet dog became trapped in the car and perished alongside her.
Ruggs has been under home arrest with alcohol and location electronic monitoring devices since the incident.
Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman recently scheduled a preliminary hearing for February 1, 2023, after Ruggs’ defense counsel David Chesnoff requested time to examine and perhaps contest aspects of a Police report he claimed to have received last month.

Filipovic was also said to be Tina’s last contact before the catastrophe. She informed officials that she had spent briefly with Tintor and her dog before the disaster. Filipovic said that they went on a late-night walk with Tintor’s dog.

Following the terrible occurrence, Henry Ruggs III was dismissed by the Las Vegas Raiders.
Ruggs has also been charged with DUI resulting in death and dangerous driving leading to bodily harm or death. Ruggs may face six to twenty years in jail if convicted of vehicular manslaughter.
Tintor’s mother also phoned Filipovic after hearing about the collision to see whether it was her daughter’s automobile. Her mother was concerned since she hadn’t returned from their late-night walk. Unfortunately, her assumptions were correct, and her daughter was killed in the vehicle accident. Filipovic made last remarks about the sad vehicle accident: I adore you. I’m sorry.
