According to political experts, the NRSC used this shocking style to cut through clutter during an active election season and spur supporters into action via donation or voting. 

Ted Cruz Sparks Debate With Proposal To Slash Federal Agencies As Texas Senate Race Heats

Recently, Texas Senator Ted Cruz has called for deep cuts in various federal agencies to shut down the FBI, CDC, ATF, and Department of Education and to fire 75% of federal bureaucrats.
