Finally, on June 23, 2011, Peter died from cardiorespiratory arrest with pneumonia and Alzheimer’s disease. Falk took his last breath at 83 at their long-time home on Roxbury Drive in Beverly Hills.

The late actor was buried in Los Angeles, California, at the Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery. Many of their loved ones, including his children, attended the memorial service.
