Why Is The Rachel Reese Arrested?
Rachael Reese of Tampa, Florida, came before Magistrate Samuel McKinney on disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assault, and causing hurt. Attorney Bjorn Ferguson assisted her.
After hearing rumors that Reese acted disorderly and had attacked security guard Deonte Charles, Johnson called the Atlantis club Aura on January 1.
Once there, it claimed that the accused resisted taking into custody and that Reese broke WPC Johnson’s finger while defending herself.
Reese submitted a guilty plea to all charges in court; however, she initially denied kicking the officer in the face before recognizing the truth.
Then, Reese’s lawyer informed the court that his client had only acted in that manner due to the Police’ aggressive responses to her inquiries.
Reese charged a six-month probationary period, which, if broken in this jurisdiction, involves a $500 fine or a three-month jail term.
Reese got informed that she would be granted an absolute discharge after receiving the compensation.
