The Report of Pat Tillman Autopsy has always been the subject of suspicion and national attention.
An American Professional Football player, Pat Tillman played for the Arizona Cardinals of the NFL. He left his football career to serve in the military.
Tillman was born to Mary Spalding and Patrick Kevin Tillman on November 6, 1976, in Fremont California.

What Happened To NFL Player In Afghanistan?
Pat Tilman enlisted in Army on May 31, 2002, alongside his brother, Kevin.
After completing basic training and the Ranger Assessment & Selection Program, they were assigned to the 2nd Ranger Battalion in Fort Lewis, Washington.
Later, the brothers were deployed to Iraq following Afghanistan the next year. He was posted at FOB Salerno.

On April 22, 2004, it was reported that Tilman have been killed by enemy combatants. Similarly, an allied Afghan militia soldier also lost his life in the action.
Likewise, Tillman’s platoon leader and radio operator (RTO) were also injured in the incident. Reportedly, Tilman and his units were attacked on the road outside the village of Sperah.
Only after his funeral was an investigation launched by the Department of Defense and the US Congress, which ultimately determined that his death was caused by friendly fire.
Pat Tillman Autopsy: the Doctor raised suspicion
Army doctors were suspicious of the proximity of three bullet holes in Pat Tillman’s forehead. They tried to get authorities to investigate whether the former NFL player’s death was a crime.
The doctors who examined Tillman’s body said the medical evidence didn’t match the scenario.
They reported that the bullet holes were so close together that it appeared the Army Ranger had been shot down by an M-16 fired from about 10 yards away.

Initially, it was reported to the public and his family that Tillman died by enemy fire. However, no evidence supports the scene of enemy fire or any government equipment struck.
This questioned the death of Tillman as a murder or an accident. During the criminal investigation, Pentagon asked Tillman’s friends whether he was disliked by any men and had any reason to kill him.
Eventually, the Pentagon reported that the death of Pat was a friendly-fire accident. The administration was criticized heavily for lying about the circumstances of Tillman’s death.
Who was NFL Player Pat Tillman?
Tillman was the eldest of two siblings: Kevin and Richard. He was always close to his family and friends. He repeatedly mentioned in his journals that he deeply values his closest friends, family, parents, and wife.
He was married to his high school sweetheart, Marie Ugenti. They got married before enlistment of Tillman in the Army.
The footballer went to Bret Harte Middle School. Similarly, he graduated his high school from Leland High School. Then, he went to Arizona State University on a football scholarship.
Initially, Pat played baseball and was a catcher for his baseball team. Later in his sophomore year, he decided to focus on football.

NFL player was selected as the 226th pick by the Arizona Cardinals in the 1998 National Football League Draft.
During his rookie year, the player played ten of 16 games in the NFL. He was loyal to his team, the Cardinals. So, he turned the offer of a five-year, $9 million contract from the St. Louis Rams.
Tilman retired from his NFL career with 60 games. Before enlisting in the army, he was offered to extend the contract over three years from the Cardinals with $3.6 million. However, he turned it down and prepared for the enlistment.
After his unfortunate death, his widow Marie Tillman established the Pat Tillman Foundation where she served as an executive director and then chair of the board.
Marie established it to carry the legacy of Tillman to inspire and encourage those who strive for positive changes.
