Michael Rotondo Struggled With Child Support And Legal Battles

In February 2017, Michael Rotondo was taken to court regarding child support for his then-8-year-old son. 

However, he pleaded against paying the $55 ordered to him per week because he was unable to afford it. 


Moreover, he has not held consistent work since March 2017 and the presiding judge in his case, Julie Cecile, instructed him that he was not pushing himself hard enough to find employment. 

In September 2017, a Judge found Rotondo guilty of willful failure to pay child support. She ordered him to get employment, but once more, he made little effort, applying to only a couple of jobs. 

Furthermore, he even filed petitions to have the order of child support reversed by the US Supreme Court. 

The high court denied his petitions and no judge showed enough interest in reviewing his case.

Still not deterred, the American man continued to plead his case and even went on record to say that the orders of the court were unfair.

As of 2024, there is no information available about his whereabouts. He had made quite a ruckus with his behavior on the internet.

The New York Residence, Michael Rotondo Was Ordered To Move Out After A Lengthy Stay At His Parent’s Home

Michael Rotondo, 36, from Upstate New York, was ordered to move out of his parent’s house after eight years without paying one cent in rent. 

Moreover, his parents, Mark and Christina Rotondo, had encouraged him to leave by serving him with eviction notices offering him money to help him move, and finally going to court. 

The court ordered the former ski instructor to leave, and he was spotted packing his belongings, though he did so very slowly. 

Additionally, he said he never really wanted to stay at his parents’s house to begin with, even after the court dispute.

He shared;

I don’t want to live there anymore. It’s very tense; it’s very awkward. We have to, you know, we have to share space, which may be the case where I would find myself afterwards, but I’d prefer to get out.
