Altogether, twenty-five injuries were reported on Liam’s body, all as a result of his fall. The autopsy found no signs of any fight. It noted that Liam was alone in the room at the time of the incident.
After forensic experts analyzed the singer’s hands, they found no defensive injuries.
It led them to believe that all the bodily injuries were vital and produced simultaneously and that no injuries were observed that could suggest the intervention of third parties.
The position of Liam’s deceased body suggested that he did not adopt a reflexive posture to protect himself and that he could have fallen into a state of semi or total unconsciousness.
In addition, the prosecutors said it also requested additional exams, including histopathological, biochemical, and toxicological exams, with results expected in the coming days.
Per the official, a toxicological report has already been ordered, and the results are still pending.
Payne’s body was found in the inner courtyard of the hotel, where he was pronounced deceased on the scene, according to Crescenti.
The Prosecutor’s Office in Argentina shared a post-autopsy report on Thursday that revealed new details about what led to Payne’s sudden death at age 31.
