The allegations originated from an incident that occurred in November 2018, when Zeglaitis was accused of sx*ally ass*ulting a woman, identified as Hannah by Insider, who stated she was too intoxicated to consent.
The encounter was allegedly orchestrated for a video on Dobrik’s channel which featured Zeglaitis attempting a “five-some” with Hannah and her friends.
The video, which was deleted per Hannah’s request, documented the events of the night and raised questions about how the celebrity and other members of the Vlog Squad contributed to the unsafe environment.
In the “Rolling Stone” interview, the star reacted with confusion and partial denial of his responsibility
He shared;
I didn’t understand that what we were making had such power. I didn’t understand it. So when [the Insider story came out], I was like, ‘What? I’m responsible for someone making a bad decision?’ I didn’t get it. But it was all because of this environment of wanting to put on this show.
