Although no specific date has been assigned for the sentencing, a hearing has been scheduled for August 4, 2023, to determine the fate of Danny Masterson.
He could face a sentence ranging from 30 years to life imprisonment if convicted.

Born in Long Island, New York, Danny Masterson was raised in Albertson, Garden City, and East Williston.
His parents, Carol and Peter Masterson held professional roles as a manager and an insurance agent, respectively. Within his immediate family, Masterson has a brother named Christopher Masterson, known for his portrayal of Francis in the television series Malcolm in the Middle.
