The wound path was hemorrhagic and transverse to the skin of the right temporal scalp, right temporal lobe, and right occipital bone.
It also states that Christina Grimmie’s chest had two more gunshot wounds: one on the right chest and the other on the superior left shoulder.
The autopsy findings say there were fractures of the anterior aspect of the 6th right rib, lacerations of the pericardial sac, and fractures of the posterior elements of the 3rd and 4th left ribs.
The autopsy on the body of Christina Grimmie was performed by M.D., Chief Medical Examiner, Joshua D. Stephany, on June 11, 2016, at 8:30 am in the autopsy office of District Nine 2350 E, Orlando, Florida.

Husband To Be Stephen Rezza Still Mourns The Death Of His Loved One
The death of Christina Grimmie, a 22-year-old The Voice star and YouTube personality, profoundly impacted her boyfriend and husband-to-be, Stephen Rezza, after she was fatally shot while performing at a concert in 2016.
Stephen Rezza and Christina Grimmie were working on music together before she left for the tour that would prove to be her last.

Unraveling Christina Grimmie Murder Case
On June 10, 2016, a shooting occurred at a concert in Orlando, Florida which resulted in the death of Christina Grimmie. The shooter was identified as 27 years old man, Kevin James Loibl.
After performing with Before You Exit, Christina Grimmie was tragically shot and killed by Kevin James Loibl while she was signing autographs.
Grimmie’s brother attempted to apprehend Loibl, but he broke away and ended his life with a self-inflicted gunshot.
He carried two guns, extra rounds, and a hunting knife to the crime scene in Orlando, Florida. Despite his lack of criminal background and unfamiliarity with Grimmie, Loibl had a problematic fixation on the singer.
After suffering four gunshot wounds, Grimmie was declared dead at the Orlando Regional Medical Center. Loibl’s reason for shooting her was his possessiveness.
Grimmie was given a private burial at Berlin Cemetery on June 16, followed by a public memorial in Medford, NJ, the next day.
