Man Arrested for Suspected Fentanyl Sales Linked to Overdose Death: Justin Born, 31, in Custody for Drug Trafficking and Manslaughter Charges
Justin Born, aged 31, was arrested on suspicion of distributing fentanyl to an individual who died from an overdose on March 24 in Seaside.
Detectives from Seaside went to Born’s home on Ocean Avenue in Monterey to serve an arrest and search warrant.
The authorities identified Born as the suspected drug dealer and subsequently searched his residence on Ocean Avenue in Monterey upon his arrest.
During the search, the Police uncovered more than 6 ounces of fentanyl, a firearm, and a significant sum of cash. Born has been charged with multiple drug trafficking felonies and manslaughter.

Police arrested 31 years old Justin Born on Friday for allegedly selling fentanyl to an individual who overdosed last month in Seaside, according to Ksbw.
Detectives from Seaside went to Born’s home on Ocean Avenue in Monterey to serve an arrest and search warrant after identifying him as the suspected drug dealer.
On their way to Monterey, a DUI driver collided with a Police vehicle, and a woman was taken into custody, according to Seaside Police.
The authorities arrested Justin Born, and during the search of his home, over 6 ounces of fentanyl, a firearm, and more than $16,000 in cash were found.
As per the Police, Born has been arrested for multiple drug trafficking felonies and manslaughter.

The victim, identified by Seaside Police as a 31-year-old, remains unnamed. However, the suspect, Justin Born, has been identified by authorities.

On their way to Monterey to serve the warrants, Seaside Police were involved in a collision with a DUI driver, resulting in the arrest of a woman.
