Grace Robinson, 20, died on February 5, 2023, at Addenbrooke’s Hospital from injuries sustained in the accident on February 3.
An inquest has been launched into the death of a woman following a car crash in Cambridge shire.

Grace Robinson Death: What Happened to her?
The crash took place near Wisbech. It did not involve vehicles other than a Jaguar XKR, where Grace, from Wisbech St Mary, was traveling as a passenger.
Two other people were also involved in the tragic accident. The driver of the Jaguar, a 29-year-old man, and another female passenger, an 18-year-old woman from the Wisbech area, were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
At a hearing at Peterborough Town Hall on March 9, Coroner David Heming said Grace’s “tragic death” was a result of her injuries.
He said there was no definitive cause of death yet as the medical examiner needed to “fully assess an extensive autopsy.”
The accident happened on Friday, February 3, when Grace Robinson, 20, of Station Road, Wisbech St Mary, was a passenger in a Jaguar XKR. An 18-year-old woman was also a passenger in the car, and a 29-year-old man drove the car.
The car crashed at around 5 pm near Wisbech, and Grace was at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge. She died of her injuries the following day.
Police continue to appeal for witnesses and anyone who may have seen the single vehicle or Jaguar crash just before.
Inquest Into ‘Tragic Death’- Crash Update
David Heming, the coroner for Cambridge shire and Peterborough, said it was suggested she died of her injuries. However, he could not give a definitive cause of death at a hearing at Peterborough Town Hall today (March 9).
“But it is clear that the deceased sustained extensive injuries,” Heming said. He added- “There are ongoing investigations elsewhere at this time, and we can make further decisions once my office is informed of them.”
A pre-inquest hearing date has been set for June 22, 2023. Heming said: “But that is very much an interim date, and whether it remains effective will depend on the completion of all the proceedings currently being investigated.”
Police explained that no other vehicles were involved in the search for witnesses following the collision in Gote Lane, Gorefield.
Closing the hearing, Mr. Heming said: “My condolences and condolences to the deceased’s family for their loss are inevitable.
