Gracie Briscoe and Jayleigh Briscoe, Jay’s daughters, were inside his car during the accident and are currently hospitalized.

Jay Briscoe, a long-time Ring of Honor wrestling star, passed away in a head-on collision in Delaware on Tuesday.
His daughters, Gracie Briscoe and Jayleigh Briscoe were also involved in the accident and were hospitalized with severe injuries.
The news of the accident has shaken the wrestling community and fans of Briscoe, a 13-time tag-team champion in Ring of Honor with his brother Mark Briscoe.
Jayleigh, 9, and Gracie, 12, were both injured in the accident and are currently receiving medical treatment.

Jay Briscoe, also known as Jamin Pugh, made headlines in 2011 and 2013 for making controversial and offensive statements on social media.
He tweeted about seeing “a lot of fags” and dedicated a natural disaster to “homos,” among other derogatory terms.
