The hustle came young because my family wasn’t wealthy or rich by any means, and I wanted to be able to afford nicer things in life. The only way for me to go about getting that done was by making it on my own.
During the economic decline of 2008-2009, the businessman worked in his parents’ property management firm, which taught him much about the real estate business as he watched his parents take strategic actions.
They encouraged him to seek opportunities to buy, flip, and resell inexpensive properties in developing areas.

I’m a Persian Jew, one of the rarest thing that are out there. I am 99.9% Mesopotamian, origin of Egypt. Like i had no break. Like, my family is very not religious but stay within Persian-Jewish Line.
