  • Bobbypoff was caught by Activision’s Ricochet anti-cheat system within a day and was banned thoroughly.
  • His viewers are baffled, too. They remind him that he had a hacker tracker overlay, and now he’s the one being called out as a cheater.
  • He didn’t understand why it happened since he thought he was whitelisted.

He ranked highly for kills and wins in the Blackout mode of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on all platforms and has gained over 430,000 followers.

He plays Call of Duty esports and currently creates content for OpTic Gaming.

Bobby has also gained a significant following on TikTok with his account, bobbypoffgaming.

He shares montages and clips from his streams, attracting 300,000 followers and receiving 5 million likes.

Additionally, his YouTube channel features over 1,000 videos of his gaming streams and other content.

Initially, Bobbypoff Thought He Was Whitelisted Instead Of Getting Banned

Like many other cheating streamers, Bobbypoff was caught by Activision’s Ricochet anti-cheat system within a day.

He’s been permanently banned live on stream and is in shock.

The Twitch streamer didn’t understand why it happened since he thought he was whitelisted.

There’s been a recent ban wave, and many cheaters, including Bobby, have been caught.

His chat is in tears, and his fans send him gifted subs while he processes the news. Bobby exclaims

“My account is permanently banned! I thought I was whitelisted!” He’s confused and frustrated, believing that the whitelist should protect him.

His viewers are baffled, too. They remind him that he had a hacker tracker overlay, and now he’s the one being called out as a cheater.

Bobby repeated,

“This is insane! I thought I was safe!”

He tries restarting the game multiple times, but the ban message keeps appearing.

It seems like this is the fate for many streamers, including Nadia and now Bobbypoff, who have all been blacklisted by Activision.

In response, a Reddit user mentioned that they’ve only watched his videos occasionally and found him funny.

They expressed disappointment about the situation but believed there should be more bans for big streamers.

They pointed out that when streamers consistently get 30 to 40 kills, it often suggests cheating unless they are truly exceptional players.

At the same time, these streamers seem relaxed, casually chatting with their audience while playing.
