The inquiry into Achsanul Qosasi Kekayaan(wealth) has become the subject of intense scrutiny following his arrest by the Attorney General’s office concerning the alleged corruption case.
Achsanul Qosasi, an Indonesian politician, was born on January 10, 1966, in Sumenep, Madura.
He is affiliated with the Democratic Party and has been a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) since 2009.

Why Achsanul Qosasi Arrest?
Achsanul Qosasi, who holds the position of Member III at the Financial Audit Board (BPK), has officially been implicated as a suspect in the alleged corruption case related to the procurement of 4G BTS towers.
This announcement was made on the afternoon of Friday, March 11. Achsanul becomes the 16th individual to face suspicion concerning this corruption case.
Explaining the decision, Kuntadi, the Deputy Attorney General’s Director of Investigation for Special Crimes, stated, “After conducting a thorough investigation and establishing a link with the available evidence, the team has determined enough evidence to categorize him as a suspect.
Following a health assessment, he has been detained at the Salemba Detention Center.”
Kuntadi further disclosed that Achsanul is facing charges under Article 12B, Article 12E.
Moreover, under Article 5, paragraph 2B, in conjunction with Article 15 of the Corruption Law (UU), or Article 5, paragraph 1, which pertains to the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering.
