Scott Dozier Murder And Suicide Explored
Dozier met Jeremiah Miller at the La Concha resort on the Las Vegas Strip on April 18, 2002. Dozier pledged to assist Miller in obtaining ephedrine, a critical element in the production of meth.
Miller had brought $12,000 in cash to the transaction. Dozier assassinated Miller when he landed in La Concha.
He then sawed his corpse into pieces, packing most of them inside a bag and abandoning it at an apartment complex in western Las Vegas. The luggage was recovered the following week by a worker. Miller’s head and arms, however, were never discovered.
Investigation revealed that Dozier reportedly stole $12,000 from Miller and claimed to have won money at a casino before going on a spending binge.
He was also linked to the July 27, 2001, murder of Jasen ‘Griffin’ Greene. Greene’s decaying bones were discovered in the Arizona desert north of Phoenix.
Dozier reportedly shot Greene during a dispute in Carefree, Arizona, during which Greene threatened to expose Dozier’s meth enterprise.
Greene’s murder was reported by Doug Powell, a former Dozier drug partner who admitted he and another man assisted Dozier in disposing of Greene’s remains.
