Santiago Gangotena Esposa (Wife) Macarena Valarezo is a prominent Ecuadorian politician and television host born on June 2, 1972, in Quito, Ecuador.
She completed her primary studies at Colegio Los Pinos, secondary studies at the Isaac Newton School, and obtained a degree in Radio and Television Production from the Cuesta Ordóñez Institute.
