Tucker Tollerton Obituary and passing has sent shockwaves through the Hannibal community and beyond as he died in a rollover crash on Saturday.

We regret to inform you of the untimely death of Tucker Lee Tollerton, an 18-year-old Hannibal, Missouri resident. Tucker’s abrupt departure has devastated family, friends, and the community.

According to the letter sent to QND parents by the school, a Quincy Notre Dame, QND, a teen who just graduated this month, died in a rollover crash on Saturday.

Friends and family are invited to Tucker’s Life Celebration on Monday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at “The Pit” on the Quincy Notre Dame High School campus.

Tucker Tollerton Tallman was born on November 1, 2004, in Columbia, Missouri, to Rob Tollerton and Vicke Kroll Tallman.

A young Hannibal resident was killed in a collision late Saturday night on Route M in Ralls County, about three miles outside Hannibal. The crash occurred approximately three miles outside of town. 

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol documentation, at around 8:26 pm, a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder driving westbound on Route M went off the right side of the road, lost control of the vehicle, and crashed.

Who Was Missouri Tucker Tollerton?

Tucker Tollerton had recently graduated from Quincy Notre Dame (QND) High School, where he had excelled academically and athletically. 

Tollerton played baseball for QND and had signed on to play for John Wood Community College in Quincy in the fall.

He was a skilled baseball player who had played for QND and had signed with John Wood Community College in Quincy. Tucker’s dedication to his studies and his love of baseball made him popular among those who knew him.

Missouri Tucker Tollerton Death: How Did He Die?

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Tucker Tollerton, 18, of Hannibal, died at Hannibal Regional Hospital at 9:10 pm, less than an hour after the single-vehicle crash in Ralls County.

Tollerton was driving a Nissan Pathfinder westbound on Route M about three miles southwest of Hannibal when the Pathfinder swerved off the right side and traveled back onto the road before “the driver overcorrected,” according to the crash report. 

The SUV flipped several times before stopping on the left side of the road. The accident occurred at 8:26 pm.

The driver regained control of their vehicle and rejoined the route before significantly reorientating their path. 

Following that, the vehicle experienced a series of rollovers before coming to a halt on the left side of the road. This is the point at which it appeared.

According to the crash report, a passenger, Jace Utterback, 18, of New London, was also injured in the accident. 

He was transported to Hannibal Regional with minor injuries. According to the MSPH report, Utterback wore a seatbelt, while Tollerton was not.

Tucker Tollerton, who had lived in Hannibal for 18 years, was delivered to Hannibal Regional Hospital in a non-responsive state by Marion County Ambulance at approximately 9:10 pm Tollerton had previously lived in Hannibal. 

Tollerton was 18 years old at the time. He was not wearing any protective clothing or equipment during the incident.

Who Was Jace Utterback? Injured Passenger

Jace Utterback, 18, of New London, was a passenger in the vehicle involved in the collision. The mishap happened in New London. 

The collision caused him several injuries, the majority of which were minor. Furthermore, for him to receive medical attention, the Marion County Ambulance transported him to Hannibal Regional Hospital, where he was treated. 

He appeared to be protecting himself somehow, possibly with armor or another item.
