According to her Instagram Live session, Trevejo shared that her birth Father was sentenced to 122 years in prison due to severe crimes such as murder, theft of vehicles, and the killing of Police officers.
Trevejo shared that her family was poor, and her mother had to be in a relationship with a wealthy man to leave Cuba, even though she had a boyfriend there.
She emotionally disclosed that her real dad is in jail in Mexico. Her mother chose to be with her current Father, Horan, for a better life outside of Cuba, as suggested by her biological Father.

Per an attorney representing her, Trevejo was reportedly incarcerated last week due to a non-moving traffic infraction in Miami.
Trevejo wasted no time posting bail for her incarceration and was released in just hours.
According to sources, Trevejo had missed a previous court appearance, and consequently, a bench warrant had been issued for her arrest.
Insiders have revealed that Trevejo was reportedly not notified of the court hearing and is grateful that the matter was expeditiously resolved.
Trevejo achieved a significant legal triumph last month when her former personal assistant withdrew a lawsuit accusing the Singer of harassment.
The former staff member, Witchneverson Lacroix, notified the court of his decision to drop all accusations against Malu.
He confirmed that the claims against Malu were dropped permanently and cannot be filed again.
