Mahiya Mahi was involved in a phone conversation scandal with Murad Hassan, a former state minister and doctor, which caused a lot of uproars.
During the conversation, Murad used derogatory comments against Mahiya and even threatened to misbehave.
After the audio became public on social media, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina ordered Murad to resign from his position, and the Police later investigated him.
The AL Jamalpur district unit president, M Baqui Billah, said, “We have stripped Murad Hassan of his post due to the comments that have embarrassed our beloved Party.”
Mahiya posted a response on Facebook, stating, “The person who embarrassed me so much has received what he deserves.”

Mahiya Mahi is 30 years of age. She was born on October 27, 1992, and grew up in her hometown of Rajshahi, Bangladesh.
Her Father is Abu Bakkar Khokon, and her mother is Dilara Yasmin Soby.
