Jack April Beamon and 22 other suspects were arrested for domestic terrorism concerning Sunday’s violent attack on a Police training center construction site.
Likewise, Thomas Webb Jurgens, an attorney with the Southern Poverty Law Center, was also accused of the incident and got arrested.
The incident was severe regarding the level of violence and the number of people involved. Atlanta’s Police chief said officers had to use non-lethal weapons to arrest some people.

Kamryn Pipes, Jack April Beamon And Kayley Meissner Are Charged With Domestic Terrorism
Among 23 Antifa thugs, Kamryn Pipes, Jack April Beamon, and Kayley Meissner were charged over a violent Atlanta ‘Cop City’ attack.
Kamryn Pipes is reportedly from Louisiana, while Kayley Meissner is from Wisconsin. Similarly, Jack Beaman and another suspect, Thomas Webb Jurgens, are from Georgia.
Furthermore, the suspects in the riots; are Maggie Gates from Indiana, Ehret Nottingham from Colorado, and Victor Puertas from Utah.
Moreover, Amin Chaoui is from Virginia, James Marsicano is from North Carolina, Colin Dorsey is from Maine, Emma Burgosh is from Connecticut, Zoe Lammy is from Tennessee, and Luke Harper is from Florida.
The group is allegedly accused of attacking construction equipment and Police officers after heading to the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center construction site.
Authorities response to the incident
Authorities noted how a group dressed in black threw professional fireworks, Molotov cocktails, and large rocks and bricks at the officers.
What happened last night was violence, not peaceful protest, Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr said in a statement Monday.
He further added This state-of-the-art public safety training center would benefit the entire community. It is not only focused on Police officers, firefighters, and EMTs but the entire community. So, he will still support construction.
Twenty-three people had been arrested and charged with domestic terrorism concerning protests at the Cop City site since December.
Carr cited- none of the 23 people charged in Sunday’s case appeared to be from Oregon, where Police initially said 35 “agitators” had been arrested.
In an appearance on Fox News earlier Monday, Carr identified those arrested as part of a national network, an international group of people organized to come to our state to undermine the Public Safety Education Center.
Similarly, Atlanta Police Chief Darin Schierbaum said that This was not about the Public Safety Training Center but an attempt to destabilize. The FBI and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation participated in the incident.
Moreover, addressing the public about what happened on Sunday night, the president called this behavior unacceptable.

Activists have protested the planning and construction of the Atlanta Police Training Center, which they call “Cop City.”
Protests escalated after the January 18 death of activist Manuel “Tortuguita” Paez Terán.
Officials later said Tran first shot and killed a state trooper as part of an operation to clear the camps of illegal property and then was shot dead by other officers.
Protesters say they have been on the scene all week. The forest rangers held an event as part of their week of action until March 11.
Atlanta Police are planning demonstrations over the next few days and are working with law enforcement partners to have a multi-layered strategy that includes response and arrests.
No officers were injured in Sunday’s incident, but Atlanta’s Police chief said officers had to use non-lethal force to detain some people, many of whom are not from Atlanta.
The protests are taking place on an 85-acre property in DeKalb County that has been earmarked for a $90 million Police and Fire training center.
