A single-car collision in Holliston on Saturday night led to the deaths of two 23-year-olds.
The police have identified the driver and the passenger as Joshua Taylor of Holliston and Haley Gens of Connecticut.
On Highland Street, the collision occurred at ten o’clock. The car appeared to be speeding before it flipped over and hit a tree, according to Holliston police.
The driver and the passenger were declared deceased at the collision scene.
The Middlesex District Attorney’s office is investigating the crash.

Joshua Taylor And Haley Gens Death- Two 23-Year-Olds Killed.
According to authorities, two people from Massachusetts and Connecticut perished in a single-car collision on Saturday night.
The Holliston Police Department stated that first responders pronounced Haley Gens, 23, of Connecticut, and Joshua Taylor, 23, of Holliston, dead at the scene. Gens was the passenger, according to the police, while Taylor was the driver.
According to a preliminary inquiry, the car was speeding south on Highland Street when it overturned off the road and struck a tree.
The Middlesex District Attorney’s Office has been contacted, and the assistant district attorney has been assigned to the case, according to the police.
Troopers from the Massachusetts State Police Collisions Analysis and Reconstruction Section and Crime Scene Services have been requested and are assisting with the investigation.
According to police, the Massachusetts Medical Examiner’s Office, Ashland Fire Department, Holliston Fire Department, Holliston Ambulance, and Ashland Fire Department all assisted the department on the scene.

Joshua Taylor And Haley Gens friends mourn their deaths.
Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island, class of 2022 alums Joshua Taylor, 23, of Holliston, and Haley Gens, 23, of Avon, Connecticut.
The university expressed its sorrow at the couple’s passing in a statement.
The statement adds, “The University is grieved about the untimely loss of two graduate students, Joshua Taylor, and Haley Gens.
“Both were well-liked and active members of the Bryant community while they were undergraduates. We are mourning the passing of these bright young individuals who left us too soon, and we are keeping their families, friends, and former classmates in our prayers.”
Taylor played for the club’s ultimate Frisbee team, and Gens ran cross-country, according to the Bryant University athletic page.
Taylor just wished Gens a happy first anniversary on Instagram.
“Squish (Gens), you mean more to me than you’ll ever know; thank you for making this year among the best of my life thus far.
I’m grateful for the constant smiles, cuddles, kisses, and espresso martinis. With you in it, my love, life is much better. I will always be grateful.
I look forward to spending many more years with you and creating beautiful memories; sharing life with you is an absolute honor.”
After the couple’s passing, several individuals commented on the Instagram post.

“Everywhere you went, you shone like a beacon of light. I’m going to miss your smile and hearing your laugh. I send my sympathies to your family.”
