Her parents are Jaume Putellas Rota and Elisabet “Eli” Segura Sabaté, and she has a younger sister named Alba.

Coming from a family with a basketball background, Alexia participated in various sports during her childhood, including basketball, roller hockey, and tennis.

However, she eventually found her passion for football while attending school. At seven, she joined a football club after attending football camps led by Xavi for two summers.
