According to Hollywood Life, Zooey Deschanel flaunts her lean postpartum figure at the “Rock the Kasbah” premiere in New York City.

With her attractive husband, Jacob Pechenik, the “New Girl” star she exuded the new mommy glow while sporting a black, off-shoulder sparkling dress, matching black shoes, and hanging earrings.

Even though it has become customary for new celebrity mothers to do so, Zooey told Cosmopolitan that she would not take part in a picture shoot for a magazine’s “body after baby” cover.

Late-night parties and scouring the internet for spas with friends are not on her plan. She also regulates her nutrition and avoids eating unhealthily before her theatrical performance to appear energized and smashing hot.

She adores cooking and makes nutritional foods like quinoa spaghetti with zucchini, pesto, etc. She also constantly experiments with the ingredients she employs in her cooking.

Zooey prefers outdoor activities such as hiking, horseback riding, running, swimming, and other adventurous sports. She works out for one hour six days a week while taking one day off.

She chirps that she doesn’t need snacks to power her body because she isn’t hungry often. Zooey eats three fuller and nutrient-dense meals daily, with a balanced mix of complex carbs, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
